During the due-diligence period between signing the purchase agreement and closing the sale of your home, your agent can help you understand the conditions, provisions, and obligations of your contact.
Close on Your Home
This is a happy time and we are almost to the finish line. At this time I will direct you on exact closing date and time, title company instructions, wiring instructions and get you all the #'s you will need to start or stop utilites. If a final walk through is in order then we will schedule that as well. I attend all my closings and will be there with you through the entire signing process.
